[Announcement: Exhibiting at IFA NEXT 2024]

This September, we will make our debut appearance as part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government booth at "IFA NEXT 2024," Europe's largest innovation event.

[MetAI Booth Highlights]

• Presentations on our talent development program, metaverse, AI generation, and IP business
• English-language presentations on the main stage (times vary by day)
• Participation in a pitch battle with other IFA exhibitors

[Day 1 Report]

1. The venue was so vast that shuttle buses were needed to move between pavilions.

2. Business Outcomes:

• Signed MOUs (Memorandums of Understanding) on the spot with two South Korean companies. Coverage in Korean media is planned.
• Secured additional meetings with major Japanese companies.

3. Presentation Results:

• Delivered two presentations on the main stage
• Drew an audience of around 40 people, exceeding expectations, with particularly positive responses to our Fashion × AI, Music × AI, and Architecture × AI exhibits, as well as our AI-generated promotional video.

4. Networking:

• Received courtesy visits from companies that had stopped by on the 6th and 7th while we were away.
• After the event, enjoyed a social gathering with staff from the neighboring Poland booth, bonding over 2000s music.

Although visitor numbers dropped compared to Day 1, we achieved high-quality business engagement.

• Built networks with embassy staff from various countries based in Berlin (including the Japanese Embassy)
• Held discussions with government officials exploring business opportunities in Japan

[Dialogue with Education Professionals]

• Exchanged views on Manabi AI with staff and students from Berlin educational institutions
• Received strong encouragement and words of support for our service from education professionals

[Strengthening Ties with Poland]

• Advanced our relationship with representatives from the Poland booth
• Received an invitation to a private event hosted by the embassy
• Had constructive dialogue with a representative who was initially skeptical of AI
• Made concrete progress in discussions on the Metaverse × Urban Development project
• Arranged follow-up individual meetings

Contrary to our expectations, the final day turned out to be the most successful, yielding numerous achievements.

• Officially launched a Tokyo partnership project with Poland
• Secured a meeting with government and Tokyo Metropolitan Government officials (to continue advancing the Urban Development × Metaverse project)
• Secured coverage of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government booth in German media

• Strengthened relationships through close interaction with representatives from various countries
